There were times when I was younger where I was starving or I wanted to do something with my friends. However, the horses always came first. This concept became engrained in me early on. And, that starvation never killed me!
Professional World.
This concept translates into integrity…doing the right thing when no one is looking. No one is watching you 24/7 (nor would you want it that way)…thus no one knows exactly all the tasks you juggle. Integrity often goes unacknowledged. However, when someone lacks integrity, it is very easy to spot.
The moral of the story…Horses Come FIRST!
