Looking back, Jamie Wheelis cannot remember a time when horses were not a part of her life. And, Equine Simplified is thrilled to welcome her to the team. She and her husband Tate own and operate Wheelis Equine and Cattle Co., Remuda farm, and The Horseman’s Table. They have two beautiful children and are raising them with the perfect farm lifestyle on their Montgomery TX farm.
Between the two of them, they have many years of experience in English and Western disciplines, but are most passionate about good horsemanship as it applies to any discipline. They enjoy raising cattle, training their own horses, learning from other great horsemen, and sharing our passion of good horsemanship with their clients and children.
With all this, she knows first-hand the struggles of keeping our personal horse’s records and information organized along with managing a horse business with different owners, vets, farriers, feed, schedules, etc. Equine Simplified has helped them organize and manage their personal horses, cattle and business in more ways than she expected. Jamie is also very excited to be able to help others utilize all it has to offer for them.

While learning the app, Jamie continued to uncover features along the way. She loves how it helps her identify her true costs per horse and can justify price increases if warranted. In addition to the horses, she also tracks the care for her cattle within the app – it’s that versatile!
